You can permanently delete your Dear Optimist account and all associated data — journal entries, voice memos, weather ratings, and custom affirmations.
Open Settings → Delete account. This immediately removes your data and signs you out. This cannot be undone.
If you can’t access the app, email hello@dearoptimist.app from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
Active subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google — cancel them in your app store account to stop billing.
